Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure employee growth and development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Recruit and hire newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disasters
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
