Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at IRONBULL CONTRACTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Establish and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Manage employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in human resources management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
