Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Enrollment Development Officer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is pivotal in shaping our recruitment strategies to attract and enroll prospective students. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment to implement effective outreach initiatives aimed at diverse populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy focused on non-direct student markets.
- Engage with community partners and stakeholders to promote our educational offerings.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to customize outreach plans that generate leads and applications.
- Coordinate the creation of promotional materials, including presentations and brochures, to effectively communicate the value of our programs.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Support and mentor junior recruitment officers in best practices for engaging non-direct learners.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of a 3-year diploma or degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in student recruitment or a similar environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
Work Environment:
This position requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
