Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Create and execute plans to prioritize tasks, optimize routes, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Lead and Train a Team: Supervise and train a team of courier drivers, providing guidance on safety procedures, company policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure Compliance and Safety: Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
