About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Courier Service Supervisor to join our team at Intelcom Courrier Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of packages and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient delivery plans to meet customer demands
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train and develop team members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
