Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

HD NAIL SPA is seeking a skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of estheticians to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our esthetic team, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality results.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
