Technical Contributions
- Oversee and coordinate initiatives, projects, and technical assessments related to environmental sustainability across diverse projects.
- Direct the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals at various governmental levels concerning natural conservation (e.g., Endangered Species Act, Species at Risk Act, Conservation Authorities Act, Fisheries Act, Canadian Environmental Assessment Act).
- Design, plan, and execute field studies and programs.
- Provide guidance to project teams, including environmental scientists, technologists, and support personnel.
- Facilitate collaboration on interdisciplinary projects.
- Assist in engaging stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Biology, Ecology, or a related field in Environmental Sciences.
- Demonstrated professional experience in environmental consulting, particularly in project management.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
Relevant Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Environmental Sciences.
- In-depth knowledge of local, provincial, and federal environmental laws, including relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Proven experience in leading land development and environmental assessment projects, particularly in a multidisciplinary context.
- Skilled in preparing Environmental Impact Studies and supporting applications under the Planning Act and Environmental Reports for Environmental Assessments.
- Experience in drafting regulatory applications and securing necessary permits and approvals.
- Strong project management capabilities, along with client relationship and business development skills.
- Experience collaborating with various clients and team members to ensure effective project delivery.
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and communities, including Indigenous groups.
- Proficient in developing project proposals and delivering presentations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
