Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare dough for a variety of baked items including bread, rolls, and pastries, following established recipes or custom orders.
  • Maintain and organize inventory to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare food items with consideration for customers' dietary restrictions.
Team Leadership

You will oversee a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.

Certifications

A valid Baker Trade Certification is required for this position.

Specialty Focus

Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality breads and rolls.
