Restaurant Operations Manager

Ruex Cafe and Bar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cafe and bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the performance of our team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our establishment adheres to all health and safety regulations, providing a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Event Management: Manage events and functions, ensuring that they are executed smoothly and to the satisfaction of our customers.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
