The ServiceNow Developer serves as the primary technology expert, responsible for the assessment, design, development, and execution of software initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business needs and collaborate within a team to deliver effective software solutions.
  • Engage in the complete software development lifecycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and Deployment.
  • Offer technical assistance and resolve incidents efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration within a corporate setting.
  • Proficient understanding of ServiceNow components, including Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Release Management.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
