Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join our team at Avanciers. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the business requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Solution Design: Define, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Technical Consultation: Provide technical consultation on using ServiceNow best practices for implementations.
  • Implementation Strategy: Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements.
  • ServiceNow Solution Implementation: Implement ServiceNow solutions in all applications/modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM, ITAM.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), Flow Designer, and workflows.
  • Remedy or Symphony Summit Experience: Experience of Remedy or Symphony Summit with data migration to ServiceNow is a plus.
  • CMDB Experience: Have experience in CMDB.
  • Service Level Management: Experienced in Service Level management and SLA configuration.
  • ServiceNow Agent Workspace: ServiceNow Agent workspace.
  • Team Leadership: Lead ServiceNow support team of configuration, development, and new features/plugins, investigate complex issues, and review code as required.
  • Project Management Collaboration: Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks.
  • Technical Solution Design: Design ServiceNow technical solutions and provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions as required.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure that new development does not negatively impact performance and monitor performance using instance observe.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Agile Project Experience: Experience in working in Agile projects.
  • ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow certifications.

  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator: ServiceNow Certified Administrator (Must have).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (Preferred).
