The ServiceNow Developer serves as the technology expert responsible for the evaluation, design, development, and execution of software initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business scenarios and collaborate within a team to deliver efficient and effective software solutions.
  • Engage in the complete software development lifecycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, and deployment into Production.
  • Offer technical assistance and resolve incidents effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration within an enterprise setting.
  • Proficient understanding of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, and Release Management.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

This position is currently non-union. However, it may transition to a unionized role in the future.
