Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Burrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality in our fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work at our food service establishment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
