Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and stocking of merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators to management, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Team Development: Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales associates, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, dependability, initiative, and judgment.
