Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage project submissions and execution processes
- Direct project teams effectively
- Develop and monitor work schedules, including performance metrics
- Negotiate and draft contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Supervise the tracking of workshop and fabrication drawings, addressing significant technical inquiries
- Ensure all internal materials are prepared prior to project initiation

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management
- Membership in the Order of Engineers is a plus
- Proficient in MS Project software
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to manage remote teams effectively
- Fluent in spoken and written French
