About the Role
We are seeking a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise in our warehouse and retail stores.
- Support the production team in preparing merchandise for sale, including pricing, tagging, and displaying items.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Participate in inventory management, including counting, reconciling, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
