We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team at Rentokil-Terminix Canada. As a key member of our Support Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial and residential customer contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer contracts, including data entry and updates in our CRM software
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers, Technicians, and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any contract-related issues
  • Process and distribute invoices, as well as follow up on any client questions or concerns
  • Assist in the resolution of customer disputes with the accounts receivable team
  • Support Sales Reps and the Operations team with customer information and data retrieval
  • Track and manage business and technician licenses for expiry and renewal
  • Perform shipping and receiving tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to learn and use multiple computer systems
  • Knowledge of vendor portals is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
