Select People Solutions is pleased to be working with our manufacturing client as they search for a skilled Millwright to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of plant equipment, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality materials and services by ensuring the completion of work order requests.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, install, and apply preventative maintenance systems on all machines and equipment.
  • Apply safety programs and codes while working on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Provide recommendations for improvements to equipment and processes.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to repairs and maintenance.
  • Align and test equipment, making necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain inventory of key parts for equipment.
Requirements:
  • Valid Journeyman Millwright certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Safety-focused mindset.
  • Ability to lead and mentor other staff.
Bonus Points:
  • Lean manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in food manufacturing.
