Position Overview: The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Team Leader will oversee a group of Developers tasked with the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system to assist Sales, Marketing, Public Relations, and Residential divisions. This role, reporting to the Senior Director of Residential & Hotel Digital - IT Operations, will require collaboration with internal partners to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize project backlog and outline future initiatives
  • Convert business needs into technical implementations
  • Design email templates featuring customized content
  • Construct customer journeys and automations for marketing campaigns
  • Revise outdated code and introduce innovative solutions
  • Direct project planning and execution
  • Guide and mentor junior developers
  • Set coding standards and promote best practices
  • Oversee SFMC Connector integration with SFDC

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
