About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support the implementation of our strategies.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Policy Formulation: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on our behalf.
  • Team Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Event Management: Manage events and ensure their successful execution.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of our team members.
Supervision and Team Management
  • Team Size: Supervise a team of more than 20 people.
Technical Skills
  • Computer and Technology: Possess strong computer and technology skills, including proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail.
