About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions to drive business growth.
    • Establish clear objectives and formulate policies to guide the organization.
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee budgetary planning and financial management to ensure fiscal responsibility.
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to drive business success.
    • Delegate authority and create optimal working conditions to foster a productive work environment.
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions to build strong relationships.
    • Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed.
  • Supervision and Team Management
    • Supervise a team of more than 20 people to ensure effective team management.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word to drive business efficiency.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
    • Exercise attention to detail and work under pressure to meet business objectives.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Demonstrate accurate and efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
    • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively represent the organization.
    • Exercise sound judgement and be organized to drive business success.
  • Experience
    • Hold 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Be willing to work 35 hours per week in a permanent position.
    • Be proficient in English as the primary language of communication.
