About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Director to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve strategic objectives
    • Authorize and establish major departments and associated senior staff positions
    • Establish performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and policies
  • Representation and Communication
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners
  • Human Resources
    • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
    • Delegate authority and create optimum working conditions
  • Operational Management
    • Manage events and ensure smooth execution
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience
    • 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
