Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Service Representative to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Sell a diversified line of products to customers, promoting Private Brands, Technical Services, and ecommerce channels
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt delivery
  • Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold, including completion of required training programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Contribute to improvements in branch profitability and product Gross Margin
  • Adhere to the 5S program and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance of safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other branch support-related duties as required
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Demonstrated focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of industrial and/or safety products is preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and aptitude
  • Knowledge of dangerous goods and WHMIS regulations is required
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with significant daily interaction with team members, managers, customers, and local sellers. The majority of time is spent standing and walking, with regular use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
