We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our clients in grocery stores within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Execute sales and merchandising strategies, promotions, and guidelines to achieve superior in-store results.
- Identify volume opportunities and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth.
- Ensure product dominance and distribution by maintaining 100% distribution of existing items and implementing new product launches.
- Communicate effectively with store staff and management to ensure seamless execution of sales and merchandising strategies.
- Meet or exceed sales targets for in-store programs and make sales presentations to store staff and management.
- Experience in sales/customer service in grocery stores.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work from Monday to Friday during the day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to drive for extended periods and have storage space for sales materials.
- Fluency in French (strongly preferred).
