About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and conduct of chemical experiments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Compile records for analytical studies, including data collection and documentation.
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development of standards and health and safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in the food industry.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate results and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve quality goals.
