Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and conduct of chemical experiments to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.
  • Compile and maintain accurate records for analytical studies, including sampling and analysis data.
  • Develop and implement programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement health and safety measures and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
