Job Title: Food Processing Quality Control Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Processing Quality Control Technician to join our team at Monte Cristo Bakery Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and conduct of chemical experiments to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Compile records for analytical studies to maintain quality standards.
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Develop and conduct programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Assist in the development of standards, health and safety measures, and quality control procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the food and beverages industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food chemistry and quality control principles.
  • Excellent judgment and accuracy skills.
