Job Title: Construction Site Foreman/Woman

NEW GREEN CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with other project supervisors or managers to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support project needs.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Train or arrange for training to upskill employees and improve team performance.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work environment is on-site at various construction locations.
