About the Role:

New Green Construction and Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Recommend personnel actions to support team performance.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support project needs.
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Train or arrange for training to develop team skills and knowledge.

Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to construction sites.
