As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will collaborate with multiple Financial Advisors in a branch office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be instrumental in cultivating client loyalty and nurturing the client relationship throughout their journey with the branch, ensuring they meet their financial aspirations.

  • Utilize goal-oriented advisory tools and client contact plans, while managing the Online Access system for clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering incoming calls, welcoming clients, optimizing in-person visits, handling service requests, managing correspondence, maintaining records, ordering supplies, processing expenses, compiling reports, and creating documents and spreadsheets.
Qualifications

We seek individuals with a creative and open mindset to foster an agile and continuous learning environment.

Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new software are essential.

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
