Electrical Counter Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Electrical division as an Electrical Counter Sales Associate. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and process incoming calls and orders
  • Purchase materials for customers and negotiate sales
  • Sources materials for customers when currently not in stock
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with order taking, product, pricing, deliveries, and overall service
  • Counter Sales and handling returns as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum grade 12 education required
  • Previous experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Knowledge of the plumbing and heating industry is considered an asset
