Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Team Assistant. As a key member of our Patient Services team, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide information and referral services to patients, families, and service providers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist Care Coordinators with operational functions, including data entry, document management, and client file maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, staff, and stakeholders to ensure information is distributed and obtained appropriately.
  • Process requisitions, prepare related documents, and monitor inventory of supplies.
  • Update client files, enter information into standardized pathways, and perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
  • High school graduation diploma plus one year of Community College diploma in Office Administration, Business, Health Administration, or equivalent program.
  • Minimum 18 months of previous experience in customer service or related position in the health, social, or business administration fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including email and the internet.
