Key Responsibilities- Provide information and referral services to patients, families, and service providers, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Assist Care Coordinators with operational functions, including data entry, document management, and client file maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members, staff, and stakeholders to ensure information is distributed and obtained appropriately.
- Process requisitions, prepare related documents, and monitor inventory of supplies.
- Update client files, enter information into standardized pathways, and perform other related duties as required.
- High school graduation diploma plus one year of Community College diploma in Office Administration, Business, Health Administration, or equivalent program.
- Minimum 18 months of previous experience in customer service or related position in the health, social, or business administration fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including email and the internet.
