McCain Foods is seeking a highly skilled Digital Manufacturing Manager to join our Global Technology team. As a key member of our North America leadership team, you will be responsible for partnering with our manufacturing and operations business organizations to deliver our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strategic partnerships with senior-level business stakeholders in manufacturing and operations to drive digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement a connected digital and business strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Lead transformation initiatives for adoption of digital capabilities and cross-functional ways of working across the region.
- Partner with global technology delivery teams and leadership to implement key programs in North America and ensure strategy and value realization.
- Measure value and identify future opportunities to continuously enhance our business.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years' experience as a technology leader in manufacturing organizations or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience working on large-scale technology programs and digital transformation initiatives in CPG, Food Service, QSR, or Retail industries.
- Experience leading programs enabled with technologies including SAP/ERP, MES, Quality systems, advanced analytics, and automation solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills working at all levels of the organization.
