Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Vanrose Medical Centre and Pharmacy.
Job Summary:The Medical Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This includes coordinating patient flow, managing medical records, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient information.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate patient appointments and maintain accurate schedules
- Manage and maintain patient medical records, both physical and electronic
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Prepare and distribute medical reports and correspondence
- Order and maintain inventory of medical supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Word and electronic mail
The Medical Office Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
