This is a hybrid position that requires the ability to work from the office 2 days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while adapting our solutions to meet their business needs. They will work closely with our technical advisory and sales support teams to achieve sales objectives and increase revenue for Vidéotron Business.
Key Responsibilities- Meet sales targets set by the company;
- Make necessary solicitations to clients;
- Analyze and manage solutions offered to clients;
- Have a rigorous management of their schedule to be aligned with deadlines;
- Ensure a good understanding of the market and its challenges;
- Work closely with sales support and expert solution teams;
- Ensure a constant vigilance of commercial offers and products from the competition;
- Keep their sales opportunities up-to-date in our various CRM systems;
- Propose all the solutions offered by Vidéotron to our clients;
- Ensure a high level of customer service in line with the organization's high standards.
- University or college degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (experience in the telecommunications field is an asset);
- Prospecting and sales skills to businesses;
- Bilingualism (French-English);
- Valid driver's license for Quebec;
- Experience with sales CRM systems (an asset).
