The Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition serves a diverse population of approximately 5 million, offering comprehensive consultative services and inpatient care. With a team of experienced faculty members, the division is committed to expanding its services and is known for its research initiatives in areas such as clinical epidemiology, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver disorders.
We are seeking a qualified pediatric gastroenterologist to deliver exceptional clinical care, engage in educational activities, and contribute to the division's research efforts. Candidates with a focus on pediatric hepatology are particularly encouraged to apply. Experience in pediatric liver transplantation will be considered an asset.
Ideal applicants will demonstrate a strong commitment to pediatric gastroenterology, showcasing excellence in clinical practice and the potential for academic contributions. Candidates must possess the qualifications necessary to obtain a specialist license to practice in the province and should have completed sub-specialty training in pediatric gastroenterology. Fellowship eligibility with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada is also required.
