About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Auditor, Internal Audit to join our team at IG Wealth Management. As an integral part of our Internal Audit team, you will provide assurance, insight, and proactive control advice to Management and stakeholders on controls, efficiencies, and risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the planning, development, and execution of audit procedures to ensure operational, financial, and regulatory compliance processes have adequate internal controls.
  • Assist in the communication of observations and recommendations to Management.
  • Collaborate with the team to proactively assess risks within the organization and ensure risks are appropriately mitigated.
  • Develop strong internal and external relationships throughout the audit engagement process.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Science, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office tools and a passion for continuing to grow audit data analytic skills.
  • Ability to think critically and share ideas with the team and stakeholders.
  • Passion for growing knowledge of our organization and industry to provide meaningful insights to our stakeholders.
  • High attention-to-detail and ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
