Job Title: Internal Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team at The Boyd Group. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our internal controls and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans to identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
  • Conduct audits of various financial and operational functions to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our internal controls and processes.

Requirements:

  • CPA designation or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of internal or external auditing experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CIA or CISA designation.
  • Experience with auditing controls within Workday.
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools.
