About the Role

Cowan Insurance Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, manage project scope, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure project deliverables meet client needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure project success.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Project. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
