We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and growth
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to drive customer satisfaction
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
