Job Summary:

The Supervisor, Security Guards will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of tasks and activities, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Activities: Oversee the activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication with management and stakeholders.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security guards, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or security-related role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.

  • Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize client needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills to ensure clear and concise communication.

  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
