Job Summary

As a Banking Advisor at RBC, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your client-focused sales expertise and natural problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients in all areas of the branch and in the community, uncovering banking needs, providing help and advice, and identifying sales and referral opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, providing personalized service and support to meet their financial needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on RBC products and services, leveraging your knowledge to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with RBC partners to identify and pursue business opportunities, driving sales growth and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Mutual Funds accreditation (i.e., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment.
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success.
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
