Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2108160 ALBERTA INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
