Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Store Operations: Assist with the management of daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store administration.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assist with generating and driving corporate sales, upholding the values of exemplary customer service, and monitoring sales and labor issues to maximize store profitability.
- Team Management: Supervise store employees to maximize customer service, sales, and profit, and assist with recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of Retail Sales Associates.
- Training and Development: Assist with training of sales techniques and product knowledge, and develop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information to achieve sales goals.
- Store Presentation: Maintain store merchandising presentation to company standards and maintain high standards for cleanliness and food/product safety.
Requirements:
- Education: Post-secondary education.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role with 2-5 years of retail experience.
- Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities, strong computer proficiency in MS Office, ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a timely manner, and a history of going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.
