Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 Canmore. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Reservations Management: Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, provide information on hotel facilities and services, and process group arrivals and departures.
- Cash Handling: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and process guest payments.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 hotel clerks, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in cash handling and basic computer skills.
