Motel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at The Canmore Hotel Hostel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of staff in various areas of responsibility, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing a personalized and welcoming experience.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
- Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 44 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
