The Overnight Hotel Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. This position involves a variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall guest experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration: Welcome arriving guests and efficiently assign rooms.
  • Reservation Management: Handle group arrivals and departures, as well as manage room reservations including cancellations and modifications.
  • Information Provision: Offer detailed information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Checkout Procedures: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and handle payments accurately.
  • Financial Reconciliation: Balance cash and prepare necessary financial reports and documentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date record of room availability and reservations.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to emergency protocols and safety procedures.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and relay messages efficiently.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide support to guests with special needs and ensure their comfort.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Training will be provided; previous experience in hospitality is an asset.
