As a key player in our leadership team, the Regional Operations Manager will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. This role is crucial for driving growth and ensuring the effective management of our operations across the designated region.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Regional Operations Manager will oversee a team of dedicated professionals, focusing on enhancing operational performance and achieving sustainable growth. This position will require approximately 10-15% travel annually.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall operational performance of the assigned region. Develop and implement a strategic vision and operational plan tailored to the region's needs. Foster a culture of excellence, emphasizing customer service and adherence to industry best practices. Monitor and manage national operations programs to ensure efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and execute sales strategies. Work closely with leadership to enhance operational efficiencies and quality standards. Promote health and safety initiatives throughout the region, ensuring they remain a top priority. Achieve key performance indicators and financial objectives with a focus on growth. Execute the strategic business plan, concentrating on sales growth and effective resource management. Ensure that customer service standards are consistently met across the region.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a management role within operations or customer service. Proven experience in managing a significant profit center with direct operational responsibilities. Experience in setting and managing performance metrics for teams. A strong background in leading large teams and driving cultural and operational change.
