Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with resolving UEI complaints and escalated customer situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and maintain ongoing cases, keeping customers and key account managers informed of progress.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key account managers and manage customer communication across multiple channels.
- Accurately update customer accounts and assist with offline duties as assigned.
