Executive General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Executive General Manager to join our team at Time Education Inc. as a key member of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
- Organizational Development: Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, regions, and departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business objectives.
- Business Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand our market presence.
- Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal financial performance.
- Human Resources: Select, develop, and motivate middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to achieve business objectives.
- Communication: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
